I am Dr. Siri Zemel, an independent researcher and writer. I investigate the mysteries of human consciousness.

I received a doctorate in mind-body medicine from Saybrook University, with a concentration in healthcare systems. After nearly two decades in behavioral healthcare leadership, I was called to focus on the numinous. Today, my work is dedicated to demystifying and integrating profound spiritual shifts and altered states of consciousness.

My current study explores non-religious glossolalia (often known as light language or speaking in tongues). I also recently co-authored the first standardized Code of Ethics for Mediums and Channelers, with peer-reviewed publications in Explore and the Journal of Parapsychology. As an advocate for integrative healing, I have had the honor of presenting at institutions like Harvard Divinity School and the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

In my book, Guided: Journey into the Unknown to Awaken the Soul and Live in Truth, I share my personal transition from a deeply rational professional to life as a spiritual channeler in the American South.
