Siri K. Zemel, PhD, is a researcher, author, and advocate for integrative healing who bridges the gap between empirical science and the profound mysteries of human consciousness. Holding a doctorate in mind-body medicine from Saybrook University, she spent fifteen years as a behavioral healthcare executive before her life took an unexpected turn into the mystical.

Today, Dr. Zemel’s work focuses on normalizing and investigating spiritual awakenings. She is an active researcher studying non-religious glossolalia (often known as light language), and she recently co-authored the first standardized Code of Ethics for Mediums and Channelers, with peer-reviewed publications in Explore and the Journal of Parapsychology. As a thought leader in the evolution of spirituality, she has spoken at Harvard Divinity School and the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

She is the author of Guided: Journey into the Unknown to Awaken the Soul and Live in Truth, which chronicles her own transition from a deeply rational clinical professional to a spiritual channeler. Dr. Zemel lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with her husband, where she continues to write, research, and guide others through the often-perplexing journey of spiritual awakening.
